making of

spiritual message

style
boho art – this is what I call my art. I don’t fit into stylistic labels. My work ranges from bold,
funky compositions full of pop energyto calm, reduced expressions. While some pieces resonate through intense color and energy, others speak through form and materiality. Shaped by Bohemian Art, Funky Art and Hip-Hop culture, I understand my art as
Pop Art with depth and foundation.
categories
I divide my art into 3 categories,
poppy, funky & loomy.
poppy poppy includes figurative motifs, everyday and luxurious objects, portraits, symbols, and images from mass culture. These appear as main motifs, embedded within a visual narrative.
funky occupies the semi-abstract space between figuration and abstraction.
Here, compositions emerge as
open spaces for creativity
and interpretation.
loomy represents the fully abstract category. Materiality, structure, and organic rhythm take center stage.
The works develop from a specially composed texture, inspired by the rituals and spirituality of my Mandaya heritage. Reduced and deeply rooted, they reveal the essence of my artistic language.
technique
My artworks combine various techniques in mixed media materials.
Neon acrylic, night glow colors, collage, metals and self-developed modeling compounds
is giving a deep structure.
modelling
Rice, salt, mung beans and glass noodles are based of my modeling clay.
The processing of this food can be traced back to my spiritual ancestors of the
Mandaya-tribe.
legend
"Pay homage to salt, rice, beans, noodles and you will meet happiness, protection from evil ghosts and a long life", this is the belief of my ancestors.
finishing
To finish the process all paintings are preserved with UV protection and several layers of clear coat.
Jas
I have always been driven by a desire to break free from conventions and societal expectations. An unconventional lifestyle has been a defining aspect of my journey, leading me to embrace independence from an early age. My art is a direct reflection of everything that moves and inspires me. The pursuit of happiness is not only a central theme in my work but also the foundation of my creative expression. I am captivated by vibrant colors, the glow of neon lights, and the enchanting hues of sunset. In my paintings lives the nonchalant spirit of a modern bohemian. For my clientele, my art is more than just a visual experience it is a lasting symbol of positivity and a timeless lucky charm.
